When did feelings become the enemy of spiritual maturity? How did we drift to a place where how God made us – with desires, longings, and feelings – become the very part of us we attempt to overcome to mature in Christ.

We’re told to push down our feelings, overcome our feelings, and certainly not to lead with them. But can our emotions actually tell us more about ourselves and how they can actually lead us to a deeper relationship with Jesus and others?

Jeff Vanderstelt is the visionary leader of the Saturate movement and has authored multiple books including Saturate and Gospel Fluency. He travels around the world training and equipping the church in the gospel and missional living.

Jeff also provides coaching, mentoring, consulting, and guidance to those who want to recover the life they've lost and discover the life they desire by learning to live from the heart. Jeff is married to Jayne and they have three children; Haylee, Caleb, and Maggie.
